Where do you need to start?
Find your situation below.
Four types of enquiry come through this page. Find yours, read what the call covers, and book or contact directly.
01. Advisory
Your order book is full. Margin is not landing where it should.
The jobs are there. The business looks busy. But profit is not coming through, decisions queue behind you, and nothing moves when you are not in the room.
On this call I will ask direct questions about how work is won, handed over, tracked, and reviewed commercially. I will give you a direct view of where I think the problem sits and what needs to change first.
02. Turnkey Engineering
You need something engineered and delivered without managing it internally.
Design, manufacture, installation, or the full package. Before any work moves I need to understand your scope, your timeline, what you have, and what you need.
This call is a scoping conversation. I will ask the right questions and give you a direct view of whether and how EPD can deliver it.
03. Engineering Surveys and Reports
You need to know the true condition of your equipment.
End of life assessments, mechanical and structural surveys, FEA analysis. Before I can scope the work I need to understand what you have, what you need to know, and what you intend to do with the findings.
This call covers what the survey needs to establish and what a useful report looks like for your situation.
What to expect
30 minutes. Direct questions. Straight finding.
I will ask about your business, your situation, and what you are trying to resolve. I will listen and give you a direct view at the end. No pitch unless it makes sense.
