What I take on
Structural steelwork and mezzanine floors
Design, supply, and installation of mezzanine platforms, structural steel frameworks, and floor systems for industrial and commercial environments.
Architectural and decorative metalwork
Bespoke fabricated metalwork where finish and detail matter as much as structural integrity. Staircases, canopies, decorative trusses, and architectural features.
Conveyor and materials handling systems
Supply and installation of conveyor systems, handling equipment, and associated steelwork. Suitable for businesses replacing aging systems or extending existing lines.
Bespoke mechanical fabrications
One-off and low-volume fabricated assemblies where no standard product exists. Designed to requirement, sourced from the right fabricator, and delivered to site.
Installation of client or third-party supplied equipment
If you have equipment that needs installing and no one to manage the installation, I can provide the crew, the supervision, and the commercial accountability.
Capacity support for systems integrators and contractors
If you are an integrator or principal contractor with more work than your team can absorb, I can take jobs off your hands and deliver them independently. Scope managed, programme managed, and commercially accountable from start to finish. Not a subcontractor filling a gap. A contractor who actually cares about the outcome.
If your job does not fit neatly into one of these categories, get in touch. The common thread is engineering work that needs managing properly from scope definition through to handover.
Process
How it works
01
Scope first
The first conversation is about scope. I need to understand what you are trying to achieve, what constraints exist, and what a successful outcome looks like. From there I can give you a clear view of what the job involves, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
02
Fixed price before it starts
Work is priced on a fixed or agreed basis before it starts. There are no surprises at invoice.
03
One point of contact
I manage the supply chain, the contractors, and the programme. You deal with one point of contact throughout.

"We had a number of unusual metalworks that needed completing for our project. Plenty of companies could manufacture things and deliver, but no one prepared to take final responsibility for correct install and to get the job done just right. EPD got all that taken care of: a major headache avoided. Would highly recommend."

You do not need a full specification to start the conversation. Tell me what you are trying to achieve and I will tell you whether I can help and what it would involve. Most projects are scoped and priced within a few days of the first call.
No tender portal. No procurement process. Direct conversation with the person who will manage the job.
